Two newly built (August 2024) independent residences, each 60 square meters, with a shared pool. The residences are located in the beautiful Aetos Karystou (Evia), about 2 hours from Athens. They offer an unobstructed sea view in a quiet bay, just 8 minutes from the town of Karystos. The nearest beach is only 100 meters away from the residences. Each residence features two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds (which can be joined into a double bed) as well as a sofa that converts into another double bed, accommodating up to six people. Each residence has a fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator and freezer, electric oven and stove, extractor fan, espresso and French coffee makers, toaster, kettle, electric water cooler, counter with five stools, trash can, all necessary kitchen utensils, etc.). ... The bathrooms have a modern shower, large LED-lit mirror, heated towel rail, and all necessary toiletries. All areas in each residence are air-conditioned independently by a central cooling-heating unit (heat pump). All rooms are sunlit, with stunning views through large windows and balcony doors equipped with electric shutters, curtains, and roller shades for privacy. Internet access is available in all areas. The residences are equipped with the latest technology 50-inch smart TVs. Each residence also includes a fully equipped first-aid kit, electric iron and ironing board, hairdryer, small Bluetooth speaker, small rechargeable outdoor lamp, and board games. In the outdoor area, each residence has a bioclimatic pergola with perimeter LED lighting that can change colors. The residences share a storage area with a washing machine, clotheslines, cleaning supplies, and all necessary consumables for a pleasant stay. The residences also have card entry (automatic electric lock), solar water heater, shared BBQ, two outdoor showers, a shared pool with an eco-friendly water purification system, sunbeds, waterproof beanbags, and a large table with six chairs. You can park freely in the surrounding area.
